You must eat more vegetables

Alarming news is that on our tables are to little vegetables 🙁 I read somewhere that recent research show that – this is not my fiction.

Every person should eat a  kilogram vegetables per day. No meat! Vegetables!!

Why? Because vegetables is more healthy!! If you wanna be more healthy, you need to eat more vegetables 😀

But what is vegetables?

Vegetables is: any plant whose fruit, seeds, roots, tubers, bulbs, stems, leaves, or flower parts are used as food, as the tomato, bean, beet, potato, onion, asparagus, spinach, or cauliflower (this is somewhere from internet). Now you know what is vegetable.

The above sentences are important. Many people think that steaks, hamburgers,…  are vegetables!
